Description of Date Processing Line
1. Suitable for all kinds of dates (palm date, red date), hawthorn processing.2. The final product can produce dried date, dry fresh date, date powder, date juice, date jam, date syrup, date juice concentrate.
3. The date processing line is mainly composed of washing and sorting system, boiling and pulping system, standardization system, enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration system evaporating system, sterilizing system and aseptic filling system,auxiliary energy system, etc.
4. Date processing line capacity is from 10 tons/day ~ 480 tons/day.
5. Efficient input: For fresh date, about 75% (25%% for peels and cores for the waste), For dried date, depend on the water added to boiling system.
6. Raw material solid content: 12% Brix, Final Concentrated juice concentration: 65~72% Brix, Concentrated paste 28~30% Brix.
