Description of Pumpkin Processing Line
1. Pumpkin is usually processed into pumpkin pulp, pumpkin concentrate paste, pumpkin powder,etc.2. The pumpkin processing line mainly includes: washing and sorting system, cutting, crushing and pulping system, standardization system, evaporating system, sterilizing system and aseptic filling system, spray drying system, auxiliary energy system, etc.
3. Pumpkin processing line capacity is from 60 tons/day ~ 480 tons/day.
4. pumpkin pulp yield: about 75% (25% for fruit peels and seeds for the waste).
5. Raw material solid content: 16~20% Brix, Final concentrated juice concentration: 38~40% brix.
