Description of Kiwifruit Processing Line
1. Kiwifruit is usually processed into kiwifruit pulp, puree, NFC juice, clear concentrate juice, paste, etc.2. The kiwifruit processing line mainly includes washing and sorting system, crushing and pulping system, enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration system, evaporating system, sterilizing system and aseptic filling system, auxiliary energy system.
3. Kiwifruit processing line capacity is from 60 tons/day~480 tons/day.
4. Kiwifruit juice yield: about 90% (10% for fruit peels and seeds for the waste)
5. Raw material solid content is 16% Brix, Final concentrated juice concentration: 65~72% Brix, Concentrated paste 28~30% Brix.
