Description of Fig Processing Line
1. Fresh fig usually can be processed to pulp, puree, NFC juice, clear concentrate juice, paste, sauce,etc.2. The fig processing composed of washing and sorting system, crushing and pulping system, standardization system, enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration system, evaporating system, sterilizing system and aseptic filling system, auxiliary energy system.
3. Fig processing line capacity is from 60 tons/day-480tons/day.
4. Fig pulp yield: about 85% (15% for fruit peels and seeds for the waste).
5. Raw material solid content: 18.2% Brix, Concentrated pulp 28~30% Brix.
