1. Suitable for carrot processing, to produce clear juice, cloudy juice, juice concentrate and fermented beverages.2. The carrot processing production line is mainly composed of washing and sorting system, crushing and juice extracting system, enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration system, evaporating system, sterilizing system and aseptic filling system, auxiliary energy system.
3. We can customize the capacity of carrot processing line from 60 tons/day~1500 tons/day.
4. Carrot juice yield: about 75% (25% for fruit peels for the waste).
5. Raw material solid content: 5~7% Brix, Final concentrated juice concentration 40~65% Brix.
