Sterile bag opening, filling, filling and sealing are all done in a sterile environment. ◆Suitable for filling bags of different sizes (50-1000L), making the production more flexible. ◆Equipped with a condensate collection device to avoid condensation and water leakage. ◆And front-stage sterilization machine online control, automatic CIP and SIP. ◆Two metering systems are available: weighing and flow metering for precise metering. ◆The material pipe joints are protected by a steam barrier, and the filling chamber is steam sterilized to maintain sterility and ensure safe filling. ◆The multi-head aseptic filling machine can be customized according to customer's requirements, which is convenient for use with large-capacity sterilization machines.
